Welcome to the new AutoRetouch Web App — your new experience for uploading images, processing them through workflows, and retrieving results.
If you've used the previous version of AutoRetouch, here’s what you need to know to get started quickly.
What's new
Workflow configuration by image experts
To improve the quality of your results and handle complex use cases, we have been transitioning away from self-service workflow configuration.
The ability to configure workflows as you've known it isn't available on the new Web App, and for now, all requests for changers should be directed to support@autoretouch.com.
Simplified user interface
The user interface has been simplified to focus around the core experience of uploading input images and retrieving image results.
This interface will evolve and support the following features:
- User management
- API credential management
- Integrations with third-party platforms
- And more to come!
Faster image upload
We have improved the upload experience so that it's possible to upload more images, faster, making the Web App a great way to process images when your system isn't relying on the AutoRetouch API.
Getting access
AutoRetouch operates on an invite-only model, if you are an existing customer, all you have to do is to visit the Web App at https://webapp.autoretouch.com.
If you cannot access your account via the Web App, please reach out to support@autoretouch.com. If you don't have an account, please review our offering on our website and get in touch with our sales team!
Find Your Workflows
After logging in at https://webapp.autoretouch.com, you will land on the Workflows page. This is where all your workflows live, and is similar to the legacy user interface.

Process Images
Like on the legacy user interface, once you've identified a workflow you'd like to use, click on its name to start processing images through it. You will also find your workflow result images there.

FAQ
What do we mean by "new" vs. "legacy" UI?
When we mention the "new Web App," "new UI," or simply "Web App," we’re referring to the latest AutoRetouch interface available at https://webapp.autoretouch.com.
The terms "legacy UI" or "legacy app" refer to the previous version of the web interface, which some users are still transitioning from.
Does this change affect API users?
No — if you’re using the AutoRetouch API to upload images and retrieve results, everything continues to work exactly as before. Your processed images are also accessible in the new Web App.
Can I use both the new and legacy UI?
Yes. Both interfaces connect to the same backend system, so you're free to use either. That said, we strongly recommend switching to the new Web App, as it will soon be the only supported interface for uploading images and accessing results.
How long can I keep using the legacy UI?
We plan to sunset the legacy UI in the coming weeks for most users. If this might impact your workflows, please get in touch so we can support your transition.
What if something I need is missing from the new UI?
Please let us know! You can email us at support@autoretouch.com or submit a request via the support form. We're here to help ensure everything you need is in place.
